All Over Print Tees

Sometimes a small print just won’t do!  Some people want to have garments that are reserved and quiet, but others want a wardrobe that screams and yells personality.  Getting dressed is a daily occurrence, so why not pump it up with all over print tees?  All over print tees are just who they say they are: tees with a print that goes over the whole surface.  No doubt you have seen all over print tees before.  They are very popular and can be seen on people of all ages.  The print doesn’t need to be obnoxious and assaulting, but it could be.  A print can be elegant, crazy, thought-provoking, surreal, or any number of evocative adjectives.

All Over Print Tees

You might not be able to find the perfect all over print tees for you at just any place though.  For the ultra-custom designs you can try a printing company like AMBRO Manufacturing.  At AMBRO Manufacturing we have jumbo silk screens to handle oversized projects like all over print tees.  With our custom screens we can do a massive seam to seam print on your tees.  Just because the screen is jumbo doesn’t mean you need to have a jumbo graphic on your tees if you don’t want to.  You can have a smaller repetitive design the wraps around the entire shirt.  We have a wide variety of ink colors to offer you and our printing is done in-house so we can oversee all aspects of production.  The choices are yours and we do the work for you.

All over print tees are definitely a wardrobe staple and they are here to stay.  Get into the big all over prints today!  Contact AMBRO Manufacturing to place an order or to find out more.  You can reach us by email or by calling us at (908) 806-8337.

Four Color Process Screen Printing

There are a few options for designers when considering a multiple color, photo realistic T-Shirt or other garment.  The primary process is Four Color Process Screen Printing with Simulated Four Color Process Screen Printing as a second option and Sublimation Printing as a third option.

Four Color Process Screen Printing

The process of Four Color Process Screen Printing is typically used on a white shirt to create photo realistic results.  An experienced screen printer like AMBRO Manufacturing will work with your design team to develop the color separations for your Four Color Process Screen Printing project.

Artwork in a JPG, BMP, PNG or other common format is separated into CMYK values and using specialized separation software, sequences of print are calculated to achieve the multi color result.

Once the color separations are completed, and the screens are burned, your screen printer can begin printing your Four Color Process Screen Printing just like any other screen print job.  The main differences in Four Color Process Screen Printing vs. traditional screen printing, is the type of inks used.

Opaque / See Thru, inks are used in a 4 color process printing job.  This enables inks to lay on top of each other to create multiple colors out of 4 basic colors.  It is for this reason that the white background or white shirt is so critical.  White is one of the colors that is used to create the effect of the other colors.   Since the inks are opaque, the white base is a component of the color results.

If you need to have a shirt other than white for Four Color Process Screen Printing, then you will need to speak with your contract screen printer about using Simulated Four Color Process Screen Printing, which involves more than 4 colors.
