T-Shirt Relabeling And Printing

Making custom clothes is becoming more and more popular over the years. People are requesting their own creative designs to be printed or embroidered on a vast variety of garments and other accessories. With creating a custom clothing line you may not want the tags that are already inside the shirts or attached to the fabric. There is a way to put your own label on things to make it official. AMBRO Manufacturing is a screen printing company that specializes in t-shirt relabeling and printing.

To achieve your own tag on the shirts, we would need to have your logo that you wish to use and the basic tee shirt label requirements; sizes, care of the product, and the blend of the fabric. If you choose a shirt that already has a tag printed inside it that won't be an issue .In cases like this we would take the color of the shirt and print a solid shape to cover the original tag then print your tag on top of it. An easier way to get this done is to get shirts that have the tear away tags.

T-shirt relabeling and printing will make and sell your shirt better as your own line rather than keeping the original tag inside. Making everything look official will make a better brand for yourself or your company. All printed tags are small so be sure that your logo or any information is not too tiny.

Before you start your next clothing line or product, be sure to give us a call at (908) 806 8337 or email us and we will get back to you with any questions you have on t- shirt relabeling and printing. We have many sales representatives that can help and explain to you the process of t-shirt relabeling.

CMYK Screen Printing

In the world of custom garment decoration there are two main camps when it comes to printing: silk screen printing versus dye sublimation printing.  Each of these methods carry their own advantages and disadvantages, which matter depending on the design you wish to apply to your garments.  For example, with screen printing, you can’t achieve as much color expression from your prints as with dye sublimation printing.  But there is such a thing as CMYK screen printing that can get a much wider expression of colors out of your silk screened prints.

CMYK Screen Printing

Typically in screen printing, the artwork is separated into layers of color, one color per layer.  Each layer is then burned into a silk screen so it can later have colored ink drawn across it to produce an image.  If you have a logo with two colors, this process is quick and easy.  CMYK screen printing will come into play when you have much more colors than a few solid chunks.  CMYK screen printing works by building the desired color through applying different values of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink.  This process has been in use for many years in various forms of artistic image rendering and it certainly works.

As you might imagine, CYMK screen printing takes finesse and experience to do it right, so it’s best to leave it to the professionals.  Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we can take care of your CMYK screen printing needs for sure.  We have been in the apparel customization business for over 30 years, so you can trust in our expertise.  If you’re new to custom printing, our support team can answer any questions you might have and help guide you through to a successful product.  You can contact us to place an order, or to find out more, by email or by calling us at (908) 806-8337.
