The process of printing on soft goods used in the medical community poses it’s challenges, and requires a professional with experience and industry knowledge.  Medical Device Printing is done in two separate categories.  The first category of Medical Device Printing is done on hard goods, we do not handle this type of printing.  The second type of Medical Device Printing is done on soft goods, items like Fabrics, Textiles and Garments.

AMBRO Manufacturing specializes in Oversized Printing on soft medical goods.  Our specialty includes jumbo printing on medical blankets and devices, but we also have the capabilities to print on small devices as well.  Items like fabric hand braces, knee braces, shoulder braces and others.

The printing process that we use is screen printing, with special ink addatives to insure the flexibility, washability and durability of the items.  As a specialist in the Medical Device Printing industry, AMBRO Manufacturing is familiar with the needs of the medical device manufacturing community.

A U.S. Based operation, AMBRO Manufacturing has over 30 years of cut and sew and fabric printing experience and provides printing services for companies all over the U.S. and Canada.

When you work with AMBRO Manufacturing, the process begins with a consultation discussion on your needs.  Typically we like to see one of the devices and test with it prior to agreeing to take on your work.  We can print on most any fabric surface using our existing printing technologies, but if there is something that we haven’t seen before, our in-house engineering staff and machine shop can custom tool for your project.

AMBRO Manufacturing specializes in oversized Medical Device Printing and can print anything in the range of .5” to over 40” in length and width.  In some special circumstances we can print in measurements of several feet.
