One of our most popular printing services is dye sublimation because it allows you to do so much without blowing out a budget.  Unlike screen printing, dye sublimation doesn’t care about how many colors you want to print since it doesn’t uses any screens.  You can print seamless gradients and thousands of colors with ease!  You see, the dye sublimation process works by digital reproducing the image onto a heat transfer sheet using a sublimation printer.  The printer is loaded with heat reactive dyes that convert from a solid into a gas when heat pressed to transfer the design to the fabric.  The transfer sheet is placed onto the blank garment and with a brief period of time spent in a heat press the transfer takes place which leaves behind your artwork permanently.

The warmer weather has finally arrived, and you can wait to get outside and take some nice pictures with your camera. As you look through pictures you have taken or find ones that you love, you decide you want to do something fun with them, but you don’t know what. Instead of just framing them or hanging them up on the walls, you can get them printed on clothes. You look puzzled as you contemplate this new idea, and begin to scour the internet for places that can do full picture t-shirt printing.

AMBRO Manufacturing is the one place you can get full picture t-shirt printing done. We use a process called sublimation. This type of printing allows us to print a full color image onto a shirt. The shirt must be white and 100% polyester. This is like painting on a wall where you need a white primer or painting on a white canvas, the colors will pop and be bright. The image you choose to use on the shirt must be high resolution and a large size so that when scaled to the actual area of the shirt it will not be blurry or pixelated. Once we have the shirt and the image you want to use, we then print it on a special transfer paper that when it gets heat pressed onto the shirt it turns into a vapor and will get dyed into the fabric of the shirt, much like tie dying is done.
