Prestige flags are flags that you have to show off your pride for your team, club, or division or unit.  Here at AMBRO Manufacturing for your prestige flags we use golf flags that are made out of polyester and you can either get them sublimated or screen printed.

Prestige Flags

Sublimation is a digital printing method for transferring images onto something, which in this case is a flag. This is a very unique ability and is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. When the heat and pressure are applied the dye becomes a gas and absorbs into the polyester becoming a part of the prestige flag itself. Sublimation printing is weightless, doesn’t fade or crack and is long lasting.  Screen printing is the printing process where screens are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with the artwork. After that process they are loaded up onto the printing press and covered in ink, they are then transferred to the flag.  If you looking to get 1 or 2 prestige flags done your best bet would be to get them sublimated, if you are looking to get 12 or more done then screen printing is the way to go.

An example of a Prestige Flag is say your daughter or son is in the marine’s and you are looking for a way to welcome them back and show them how proud you are of not only him or her but their unit as well. You can get a Prestige Flag screen printed or sublimated with their unit crest and motto in their unit colors. Everyone will be in awe and I am sure your son or daughter will be happy. What is contract screen printing? Well contract screen printing is when a customer provides their goods on a weekly or monthly basis and someone screen prints or embroiders them, so in short is it when someone hires another person or company to do printing on their items. Contract Screen Printing

Traditional screen printing is the process where screens that are in frames are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light and burned with artwork. After that they are loaded up on a printing press and covered with ink. After they are covered with ink they are then transferred to a fabric of your choosing. Large or jumbo screen printing is essentially the same thing except on a larger scale.  Sublimation is a digital printing method for transferring images into any material as long as it is polyester or polyester based. Sublimation is where the dye is absorbed into that garment instead of being place on it. For the best results and brighter eye popping colors, it is better to use white garments. Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating garments with needle and thread.
