When it reacts with the heat under the dryer the ink will raise about an eighth of an inch high. When the ink rises, it will grow in width, just like when bread is made it will raise and grow. If there are any small details in the design, using puff screen printing may not be the best. It really works well on large areas rather than thin areas. Puff screen printing will give you that wow factor that is not seen a lot on shirts. It will be very unique and different from what is already out there.
