There are two different types of printing that we do; screen printing and sublimation. We can do many different techniques with screen printing. There is the standard screen printing, which includes a front or a back print, and there is also all over printing. With all over printing, we can print from sleeve to sleeve and top to bottom to cover the entire shirt. Using screen printing, we have two different ink systems that produce different results. We have plastisol and water based ink; plastisol is a more heavy ink, and water based has a soft hand to the print.

Screen Printing Sublimation

Sublimation can use full color images to print on a white polyester shirt. This uses a special transfer paper that when it is heat pressed onto the shirt it will get dyed into the fabric. Custom Foil

Do you design custom garments, yet you’re finding your recent designs lacking the luster you want?  Maybe it’s time to think about incorporating some custom foil printed clothing into the mix?  Nothing calls for attention like a sparkling bit of foil and with our custom foil printing services at AMBRO Manufacturing, you can easily take advantage of that in your own designs!  We even offer mixed media prints that combine top notch silk screen printing with gorgeous foil to really pack a punch.

Custom foil prints are produced in a similar way to screen printing, except there’s a little extra to be done.  The parts of the design that are to be foil will get printed with an adhesive ink instead of a colored ink.  The custom foil is then heat applied to the adhesive and with a peeling away of the excess you are left with only your design in glimmering foil!  We can provide with all kinds of foil too, so there will be a perfect match for your custom vision.  On top of regular foil colors like gold and silver, we can do special effects foil and foils with patterns in them too!
