Discharge Style of Printing

We at AMBRO Manufacturing are a contract screen printing, sublimation, and embroidery company, so we know how to handle your decoration needs with ease.  The discharge style of printing is very similar to the process of screen printing with plastisol inks, but the key difference is in the actual ink.  Discharge printing is an extension of water based ink printing, the only difference is that a discharge agent has been added to the mixture.  The discharge agent is responsible for removing the pre-existing color from the garment so that you can deposit your desired color in its place.  Since the ink is water based, the resulting print is much softer than what plastisol inks can achieve as they stiffen up during the curing process.

Custom T-shirt Screen Printing

Are you planning a party for your child and looking for something to give to the kids then goodie bags? Or maybe you’re having your annual block party and looking for something to give to everyone that attends? Why not get something custom t-shirt screen printing done? What is custom t-shirt screen printing you might ask? Well I will give you a little background on it. Screen printing is the printing process where screens in frames are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with the artwork. Once that is done the screens are ready to be loaded up onto the press and covered with ink. Custom is when you design your own artwork or design to go onto the t-shirt.

There are many different shirts and shirt colors to choose from as well as different ink colors. You can customize your t-shirt any way you like. You can get the front, back, sleeve, and right or left chest screen printed. For example say you were planning your annual block party, and this year you wanted to give everyone who showed up something to thank them for coming year after year. You can get them all custom t-shirts! You can get black shirts with a design that says “(Your Names) 5th Annual Block party! 2015” in 2 separate lines with a picture underneath of your choosing in let say white ink or if you wanted you can do 2 colors. Have the writing in white and the picture or design in another.

Another example is say you just opened up a hair salon and wanted to give your new customers something that will get that to come back again and bring in more customers, you can get t-shirts with your store name and design on it as well as the phone number and address.
