Screen printing is when nylon screens in frames are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light and then burned with the artwork. Once those processes with the screens are done they are ready to be loaded up onto the screen printing press and covered with ink. After they are covered with ink they are them transferred to a fabric of your choosing, which in this case are sweatpants. The possibilities for custom designs are endless. Anything you can think of we can most likely custom screen print for you.

Now let me give you some information on what exactly those services are. Traditional screen printing is when silk screens are coated and dried than burned with an image. They are then covered with ink and transferred to whatever material is being used, whether it is a t-shirt or blanket. Oversized or jumbo screen printing is accentually the same thing as traditional except on a larger scale. With oversized we are able to print from seam to seam, top to bottom, and side to side of a t-shirt.  Sublimation printing is a versatile digital printing method for transferring images into any material as long as it is polyester. Sublimation is the only way to completely cover as entire garment with a design. Sublimation is where the dye is absorbed into that garment instead of being place on it.
