Custom Embroidery Baseball Cap

Custom Embroidery Baseball Caps have seen a surge in popularity thanks to the help of Hollywood. Over the past several years, new leading characters have come out in block buster movies and are wearing a signature baseball cap. This trend has grossed gender line popularity with men and women and has created an explosion of resurgence in the fashion world of caps.

We’ve seen more new cap designs and more revival of retro caps in the last 3 years, than over the last 30. Circa 2002, you could find a few varieties of cap, but in 2021 and beyond, you are now starting to see a huge range of style offerings.

What’s been interesting with custom embroidery baseball caps is to see how popular some of the old styles from the 1970’s have become. Trucker hats, foam hats and what was once considered a “cheap” cap, are all highly sought after items.

One of the most popular requests with trucker hats has been to implement a faux patch on the front. If you’ve ever seen the classic hat with the rounded edge rectangular patch on the front, it is this style that has really been popular.

Since small patch runs of under 100 patches are often too much for most clients. Faux patch sewing has become more popular. Faux patch sewing is when we make an embroidery design look like a patch. We base down a fill pattern or mash down stitch, sew the design on top of that, and then put a satin stitch around the edge, to emulate the classic merrowed edge of a patch.

Print A Tee Shirt

Are you looking to print a tee shirt with an awesome design you created? You will have a one of a kind tee shirt unlike anything anyone has ever seen. Looking at places to go may seem daunting, as there are a lot of screen printing companies around. I can help you to find the best screen printing company that is out there.

AMBRO Manufacturing is a screen printing company that is located in Flemington, New Jersey. We have been in business for over 30 years. We offer many services that you can print a tee shirt with. Not only do we off the standard screen printing on the front or the back of a tee shirt, but we can print all over the shirt spanning across the seams from top to bottom. We have two different types of inks that we can use, one is plastisol and the other is water based. Plastisol will have a heavier feel; whereas water based will feel like the shirt does not have any ink on it at all.

The other way we can print a tee shirt is with sublimation. This type of printing we can print full color designs all over the shirt. There are a couple requirements that must be met if you want to use this method of printing. The shirt must be white and 100% polyester. This will guarantee that the print will be very bright and saturated with color.

When you are looking for something out of the ordinary, come to AMBRO Manufacturing to print a tee shirt. You can give us a call any time at (908) 806 8337 or you can email us and we will get back to you with anything you may need to know about how to print a tee shirt. We have a show room that you can take a look around in to get a feel for the type of work that we can do.
