Custom Embroidery Baseball Cap

Custom Embroidery Baseball Caps have seen a surge in popularity thanks to the help of Hollywood. Over the past several years, new leading characters have come out in block buster movies and are wearing a signature baseball cap. This trend has grossed gender line popularity with men and women and has created an explosion of resurgence in the fashion world of caps.

We’ve seen more new cap designs and more revival of retro caps in the last 3 years, than over the last 30. Circa 2002, you could find a few varieties of cap, but in 2021 and beyond, you are now starting to see a huge range of style offerings.

What’s been interesting with custom embroidery baseball caps is to see how popular some of the old styles from the 1970’s have become. Trucker hats, foam hats and what was once considered a “cheap” cap, are all highly sought after items.

One of the most popular requests with trucker hats has been to implement a faux patch on the front. If you’ve ever seen the classic hat with the rounded edge rectangular patch on the front, it is this style that has really been popular.

Since small patch runs of under 100 patches are often too much for most clients. Faux patch sewing has become more popular. Faux patch sewing is when we make an embroidery design look like a patch. We base down a fill pattern or mash down stitch, sew the design on top of that, and then put a satin stitch around the edge, to emulate the classic merrowed edge of a patch.

Don’t fear that this is the end of the road with no more options ahead, because there is a screen printing sublimation company that can help you out in a blink of an eye.

AMBRO Manufacturing has been in business for over 30 years and continues to grow each day. We have a lot services that we offer to make your design come alive. There are two different types of printing that we do; screen printing and sublimation. We can do many different techniques with screen printing. There is the standard screen printing, which includes a front or a back print, and there is also all over printing. With all over printing, we can print from sleeve to sleeve and top to bottom to cover the entire shirt. Using screen printing, we have two different ink systems that produce different results. We have plastisol and water based ink; plastisol is a more heavy ink, and water based has a soft hand to the print.

Screen Printing Sublimation

Sublimation can use full color images to print on a white polyester shirt. This uses a special transfer paper that when it is heat pressed onto the shirt it will get dyed into the fabric. There are many options as you can see when you come to AMBRO Manufacturing for your screen printing sublimation jobs.
